Supply Chain Management The whole area of supply chain management is based on various building blocks. The result of effective supply chain management is a transparent, easy to use, easy to manage system where the organisation saves time and money by sourcing the correct supplier, effectively contracting them and enabling transparent flow of information when the project is going well and when something is going wrong.
