The National Registry houses a comprehensive database of companies and their related information.

    Our repository of B-BBEE certificates are more then 36 500.
    We supply you with a procurement report and from that you can view what your B-BBEE procurement score will be.

  • You can even supply your supplier list and you only pay for the B-BBEE certificates we have.

Your company can use the database in various ways. Once you have registered your company on the National Registry, you will be able to access the vast database of up to date information of thousands of other companies. The details can be accessed, searched and sorted by different fields. These fields include Name of company, Area code, Keywords and many others.

The contact details of the companies are kept up to date by each company. Each company receives a username and password that allows it to update its details as and when they change. Our call centre uses these numbers to contact the various companies for more details when required. We identify wrong numbers and make an effort to keep the details accurate. It is easy to contact any of the companies if you know the information is valid.

Keywords are used to specify more details of a company. Many searches will include the detail of the keywords when searching for possible suppliers or clients.

There are various lists of companies in an organisation. These include a list of current clients or potential clients. Similarly there should be lists of potential suppliers and current suppliers. Each list should be based on current information, whether it is housed in the accounting application, CRM application or in an address book as a manual system.

Various indicators are available like the company's BBBEE scorecard or level. Base your purchasing decisions on the available BEE levels in the database. These levels will in turn influence your own company's BEE procurement recognition level. The information of the National Registry is used by organisations like BEE Verification Agencies to determine their clients' BEE ratings.

Another indicator is the reputational score of a company. The score indicates the history of the company when it performs to client's satisfaction. The reputational score is an effective indicator of the chance of receiving satisfactory service from the company. If you are not happy with the goods or services, then you can log a negative score for that supplier and it will affect their reputation negatively. Similarly a good review will enhance the Reputational Score.
